This pack includes 51 different double-sided rhythm cards in both 4/4 and 3/4 time and 18 cards for writing your own rhythms. These flashcards can be used to reinforce rhythmic skills and for compositional activities with students.
Just print, cut out and tap or clap the rhythms.
Rhythms include semibreves (whole notes), dotted minims (dotted half notes), minims (half notes), crotchets (quarter notes) and minims (eight note) plus their corresponding rests.
Ideal for beginners and elementary level (Grade 1) students.

Really useful rhythm cards with a variety of rhythms in 3/4 and 4/4 which can be used for a variety of games and exercises. The “heart” cards are a really useful way to explain pulse. I printed them in colour on 200gsm card.
Really pleased with these – simple design with lots of potential in teaching. What I really need now are 4/4 timed cards that mix quavers and minims – preferably a minim for the second beat! I will adapt the cards I have to get this. There is a lot of work for me printing, sticking, cutting and laminating the cards. I’m really looking forward to using them.
