Use this collection of games and double-sided cards to teach and revise note and rest values.
Includes:
- 4 note values game pages
- 2 rest values game pages
- 64 double-sided cards
Ideas for using the double-sided cards:
- Flashcards – hold up the note and rest symbol cards for your students to identify
- Matching pairs – place the cards on a surface with the question marks facing up. Students take turns to pick up a note/rest symbol and a number card. If the cards match, the student keeps the pair. The winner is the player with the most pairs when all cards have been matched.
- Hide and seek – divide the number cards between your students. Hide the note/rest symbol cards. Ask the students to find the note/rest symbol cards – if they find a number card that matches one of their symbol cards, they can keep it. The winner is the player with the most symbol cards after 2 minutes.

Such beautiful, vibrant and fun resources. Kate’s resources are my absolute favourites. Myself and several of my students are not big fans of Halloween, so these are a perfect Autumn addition. Thank you so much.
