Description
Lazy Afternoon by Helen Morris is a slow paced, atmospheric and tuneful piece for beginners. Teenagers and adults will love its calm vibe.
- This piece only has two chords (C and F/C), so provides a good introduction to creating smooth chord changes while playing legato phrases in the RH.
- Requires position changes in RH, using notes from B below middle C to the G above the stave.
- Encourage your students to devise their own call and response melodies over the chord sequence.
