The Quest is an easy but exciting piano piece arranged for either 6 hands or 4 hands at one piano.

• In the 6 hands version each part is in a fixed position (thumbs on C).
• Fun to play together and great for developing ensemble skills.
• All three parts are simple but bass part easiest (can be taught by rote)
• G# accidental in LH of middle part.
• The 4 hands version uses the same top part but the two lower parts are combined to make a secondo part which could be played by the teacher or more advanced pupil (about Grade 3).
• ABA structure with tuneful outer sections and a faster, dramatic middle section.
• The download includes full score, top, middle and bass parts plus duet secondo (11 pages in all).
• Good for older beginners.
• Great concert piece.
